CARLOS ROSAS
ATTORNEY & MANAGING PARTNER
Carlos brings a breadth of knowledge of immigration, business, and entertainment procedures, processes, and structure to Rosas Law Group, PLLC with years of pertinent experience. Carlos’ areas of expertise include visa petition processing for oil and gas companies, actors and musicians, and several professional major league sports teams, in conjunction with corporate formation practices and procedures.
Carlos has committed himself to building a team consisting not only of individuals with stellar legal backgrounds, but those amply qualified to provide excellence to fine details. Through their assistance, he has been able to successfully bring his vision of an immigration and entertainment law practice to fruition.

SARAH TEJADA
ATTORNEY & PARTNER
Sarah is the firm’s Attorney & Partner for all business immigration and entertainment practices. She began her legal career advocating for clients in removal defense and asylum claims. She thereafter joined Rosas & Suerken, PLLC, contributing to the increasing business immigration practices and corporate functions for the firm as the Supervising Attorney. She helped establish Rosas Law Group, PLLC, assisting with the firm’s expansion into the entertainment realm. Sarah currently tends to a myriad of client concerns, providing solutions for major league sports teams, internationally recognized musical groups, labor certifications, and complex employment-based green card petitions.

Lorena is responsible for conducting work simplification and measurement studies of the Firm’s operations based on her expertise in business management and industry research. She is directly responsible for streamlining information flow from clientele to the firm and streamlining the law firm’s billing and invoicing operations.

NURY BENITEZ
SENIOR LEGAL ASSISTANT
Nury is currently Rosas Law Group, PLLC’s Senior Legal Assistant. During her undergraduate studies, she mentored first-generation college students and developed an interest in law through her constitutional law and judicial processes courses. Nury began to work in immigration law shortly after graduation and has developed a plethora of knowledge in both nonimmigrant and immigrant procedures. She applies her background in immigration by supporting the firm in legal research, assembling petitions, and communicating with clients. Although she assists the firm with a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant processes, she excels in the submission of O- 1 and EB1-1 visa petitions.

FABIANA CORREA

Fabiana is currently a Legal Assistant at Rosas Law Group, PLLC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Law, and a minor in Global Affairs, from The University of Texas at San Antonio. During her undergraduate studies, she gained a passion for academic writing and immigration law. Having experience in both family and employment-based immigration processes, she aids the firm in assembling petitions, performing legal research, and supporting clients through every step of the way. Fabiana looks forward to attending law school in the near future and serving her community as an immigration attorney.

TANNER CROMEENS
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Tanner is Rosas Law Group, PLLC's Legal Assistant. He handles client communication and supporting the firm's lawyers in the progression of transactional work. Tanner is a recent graduate of the University of Houston where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish. During undergrad, Tanner studied Latin American Art, Culture and Civilization at the Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Tanner hopes to use his knowledge and interests of global cultures to continue to learn and expand his career in immigration law.

Selena possesses an extensive background in providing legal support with immigration matters, handling the initial client communication with the firm. Stemming from a strong background in Personal Injury law, Selena has a passion and interest for learning different facets of law, with an expansion into business and employment immigration.
